Is closely associated with several civil society organisations and people’s Movements.
2 Treasurer Shri Ranjan Roy Masters in  Economics,

Has 33 years of Rural Banking experience in Chattisgarh. Currently works as a Training professional with specialisation in project management, planning, development of animators and planners in CSR. Also works as a senior consultant to State Resource Centre (Adult and Continuing Education), Chattisgarh.

27 years of experience in development sector. Has rich experience of working with URMUL and Action Aid (India and Uganda) before becoming a social entrepreneur. She currently heads Sakha Consulting Wings and Azad Foundation that trains women from marginalised sections of Urban Delhi and Jaipur to acquire motor driving skills and work as taxi drivers and chauffeurs.

An alumni of the first batch of IRMA, for the first fifteen years of his career he worked at the grassroots in the areas of micro irrigation and social forestry: most of this time spent working with PRADAN. For the last sixteen years, he has worked as a consultant and trainer in organizational effectiveness and Human Resource Development in the social sector. He has worked with over 70 NGOs, donors and Govt. programs.
6 Member Partha Rudra Masters in Rural Development (PGDRM) 1986-88 from Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi Is the CEO of Reach India Trust, a national level resource and capacity building organization working for bringing knowledge, skills and facilitating useful linkages to  poor women and adolescent girls to ensure well-being and dignified lives for them and their families. He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of rural and community development, having worked in national development and grant making organizations like National Foundation for India and Rashtriya Grameen Vikas Nidhi. He has thematic expertise in livelihoods security, community health and governance with specific expertise in appraisal, strategic, planning, training, monitoring & evaluation.

She is currently working as a freelance consultant.
